Rule 80
Work, Duties and Powers of the Labor Coordination Committee
The work, duties and rights of the Labor Coordination Committee according to Rule 79 shall be as follows:-
(a) To resolve the industrial dispute in any establishment after discussion with the concerned party and make necessary suggestions (b) If any dispute has arisen or is likely to arise between the workers and the employer, take necessary initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve such labor disputes.
